"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The creek and wooded area was fun for our kids to explore and the firepit was perfect for smores every night (with metal sticks provided!). While the kitchen isn't huge, it definitely had plenty of space for our needs and was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc. The beds have the softer memory foam toppers and there were more than enough linens for us to use. Any communication we had with the host was quick and easy."

"Our stay was excellent and the property and surrounding area was bliss- private backyard backing up to a creek, quiet and scenic, just wonderful and just as described. The house was well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for my family (and our two dogs) to enjoy for my birthday weekend. The area is very remote which makes it a great getaway from the busy DC area. Will definitely return again "

"We love this cabin. It’s rustic and beautiful. If you’re looking for peace and serenity, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back when the leaves are on the trees. The stream that runs beside the cabin is just perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting. There were fresh flowers, home baked cookies and homemade jelly waiting on the table for us when we arrived. The cabin is clean and cozy. Pretty sure my husband wants to move in full time! "

"My mom, SIL, and I took a much needed three day weekend away to visit the Maple Festival and spend some girl time together. The Cabin at Back Creek is the perfect spot to do that. The proximity to the sites of the festival is perfect; we didn’t feel like we were in the car too long and the views along the drive are amazing. The Cabin is perfectly situated on the creek to enjoy the sounds of water and birds while relaxing on the porch or in the hot tub. Highly recommend a visit if you want to get away from the world for a bit. "
