"Front desk staff was downright rude, wasn’t greeted or addressed, was made to wait for no reason and had to listen to the fron desk Cleak complain about how little money the hotel received. The carpet in the room was stained in many places, the room was loud and opening a window was impossible due to the outside noise. The non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. "Really great spa and pool, room, and food. Some important details: no spa admission after 8 pm, it reopens at 10 in the morning. Restaurant kitchen closes after 8 pm too, but they still serve drinks and charcuterie. Some staff spoke English and it was helpful because the receptionist did not. Also the credit card machine at the reception wouldn't process Hotels.com charges in dollars (but the restaurant's card reader can do it)"

"Ik slaap wekelijks in hotels voor mijn werk, maar bij dit hotel was de mevrouw die aan de bali zat en ook s'morgens het ontbijt verzorgde extreem vriendelijk, niets was haar teveel en ze deed super haar best om een prettig verblijf te verzorgen. Deze dame verdiend het echt om in het zonnetje gezet te worden, gewoon Perfect!!!"
