"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. "The property is as advertised except for the “patio.” I’m not sure that is really accurate as it is a small pad at the back of the property, not really a place to sit or anything like that. The neighborhood is fine, a short walk to/from restaurants, etc. The house was comfortable for two couples. We had to find the router in order to find the network and password. Also, it may have been our error but we could not get the towel warmers to work."

"Our stay was great! The owners were very responsive - we only had one towel when we checked in but they got us some more very quickly. They sent over recommendations as well prior to. It was easy to find and the street parking is plenty. We were on the other side of the river of downtown Belfast but was still easy to walk to, about a 20 min walk. "A warm cosy home with good utilities. Three double bedrooms, comfy clean beds. X3 bathrooms complete with complimentary shower gel and shampoo but the shower cubicles need some attention and a thorough clean. The blinds on the bedrooms were not sufficient to cover the windows with some slats missing, we were ok as dark winter months but could cause problems in the summer. "Reached out days before arrival to get check in information and Had lockbox for key. Bread, pancakes, mini muffins with butter provided. Used notebook left for instructions on check out. Only one bathroom for 9 people in 5 bedrooms. Located 30 minutes driving time to Belfast. Parking on street or at church. Very cute cafe shop located across the streets with delicious fresh homemade donuts. Room were clean."
