"We stayed at the property as a base for our stay in Belfast. Whilst a relatively small property, it was okay for our needs in terms of what we were looking for as a base. It was clean inside but the outside area (windows & doors) could have been better and the tree outside was littered with dog poo. In terms of location it also certainly fit the bill in terms of being close to the City Centre. However, during the week, there were multiple construction events happening which started at 7.30am....

X3 bathrooms complete with complimentary shower gel and shampoo but the shower cubicles need some attention and a thorough clean. The blinds on the bedrooms were not sufficient to cover the windows with some slats missing, we were ok as dark winter months but could cause problems in the summer. "Stop your search- this place is awesome. Our family could have spent hours sitting in that window looking at the views. Great location to explore so much nearby- Giants Causeway, beautiful Antrim Coast, Carrick-e-rede, Dunluce Castle, and so much more we didn't get to explore. Great playground and small beach nearby we could walk to that our kids loved. "Reached out days before arrival to get check in information and Had lockbox for key. Bread, pancakes, mini muffins with butter provided. Used notebook left for instructions on check out. Only one bathroom for 9 people in 5 bedrooms. Located 30 minutes driving time to Belfast. Parking on street or at church. Very cute cafe shop located across the streets with delicious fresh homemade donuts. Room were clean."

"Our stay was great! The owners were very responsive - we only had one towel when we checked in but they got us some more very quickly. They sent over recommendations as well prior to. It was easy to find and the street parking is plenty. We were on the other side of the river of downtown Belfast but was still easy to walk to, about a 20 min walk. "We had a fabulous stay at Ashside Cottage. We were welcomed by Richard and Caroline who gave us a tour of the house and filled us in on places of interest in and around the area. The cottage was beautiful with parts dating from 16th century. It had everything we needed, including home baked bread. It was very cosy and comfortable and we enjoyed returning home each evening to relax and discuss the days adventures. The garden was amazing, it was lovely to walk up to the top and be greeted by...

"Fantastic house to stay in with my family. We had a lovely stay! A note to help others is the town closes at around 4:30pm so you will have to go to the next town over to find a restaurant that is open. You will need to have a reservation because they fill up fast and the to-go food places are cash only."

"Delightful place to spend a holiday exploring the Glens. Stunning view of bay and the house is perfect - two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs facilitated my party of six adults comfortably. Kitchen and utility room cater for all needs. Would definitely stay again."

"Family of 4, girls enjoyed the spa whilst the boys went swimming. Could do with a few more options but I believe there's plans to extend the spa area in the near future. Would recommend for a short break. Adjoining tea room serves great food during the day but no dinner service, with very nice service - highly recommended. "
