"Nice place to stay. Well stocked and clean. Host was very responsive with questions. Cabin is a little dark - but homey. No door on upstairs bedroom so it can get a little noisy if guests below - but that room is very nice with a lovely view. So I guess a trade off. Highly recommend. "

"A group of four friends gets together for super bowl every year for the last 5 years. One time we couldn't get in because I was late on getting the reservation and boy where we sorry we didn't reserve early! This place is awesome. The owners are extremely communicative and have always provided anything we have asked for within reason. Looking forward to next year's stay"

"We had a wonderful stay! Despite the snowy and rainy weather, we enjoyed staying indoors. The kids loved taking over the downstairs bed and had a great time in the jacuzzi. The host provided detailed information about the home, which was incredibly helpful, and communication was excellent throughout. A cozy and well-managed place for a relaxing getaway!"

Excellent communication from property managers at Morton & Furbish. We’ve stayed in many Rangeley area rentals - this is by far the best. You will not be disappointed staying here. "House and property was great! Big yard with plenty of room to play. Air hockey and tons of board games. Haven’t played connect 4 in years! Kids enjoyed it just as much as the adults! Great views of the mountains and river! Only negative is that the oven needs replaced. Would stay here again "

"My husband and I ventured to the White Mtns to hike, and stayed here for a long weekend. It was a cozy spot with great views. We only wish we had more time at the house (without rain) to enjoy the lovely patio, fire-pit, and those mountain views. We had a little trouble checking in as the lock pad would not work, but the host immediately got in touch and solved the issue! Overall, a wonderful experience. Would recommend and would stay again!"

"This is our first time staying here. We absolutely love the home and the property which sits a few feet from Back Lake. If your looking for a peaceful and tranquil place, this is it. The home has everything you could need for your stay. There are plenty of outdoor nature activities to do depending on the time of year it is or just curl up with a book and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake while listening to the Loons from inside or outside. I can't forget to mention how beautiful the sunset...
