Located on Perry Stream right next to Happy Corner Covered Bridge and offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, gas fireplace, this 1,300-square-foot home is ideal for families looking for a break from city stresses. Enjoy the view of Perry Stream from the 40-foot screened-in porch or take a walk on the private 12 acre backyard trail on the along Perry Stream up to Happy Corner Bridge.

Direct snowmobile and ATV access from the house, Young Store and Full Send Restaurant is close by (walking distance 1500'), Washer/dryer, Fire ring and Gas Grill.

- The home is accessible via keyless entry (Or with a key, 2 keys left inside) You'll receive 1 or 2 days prior your stay.

PARKING:

- Ample parking is available on the right side of the house
- No Parking on left side of garage driveway or in front of garage doors
- If you have a trailer over 8' tall use 1st Hill Rd on right. (Just past Spruce Cone Cabins on right) Covered Bridge Max Height 8'

HOUSE RULES:

- No smoking - On porch only or Outside.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Please report any damages that occur to both Jeffrey and Vrbo.

Good Dogs welcomed!

-Pets are not allowed on any furniture (couch, chairs, beds). ALL pet poops to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. There will be an additional $75 cleaning fee if extra cleaning is needed. When not at the house, pets should be taken with you or if left behind should be kenneled (kennel not provided, so you'll need to bring) and not constantly barking.

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:

- Your safety matters. This property features 4 Ring exterior security cameras, one on each side of the house. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion.

Amazing
Jeff was an amazing host, very nice and attentive. His property was beautiful, very clean home, it had everything you could ask for. The back yard was amazing, we went exploring on the property and spent an afternoon just in the back yard. Beautiful sunsets! Comfortable beds, easy check in and out. Great place to relax and get away from it all. We had such a wonderful vacation here, we will be back! Thank you Jeff.

Friends and family stayed here for a weekend SxS trip. The place is very clean, the hosts are friendly, and the property is beautiful! Right on the ATV trail, very close to store, gas and restaurant.

Perfect for our February. Snowmobile stay. Right on the trail. System with easy access. House was clean. Well kept and owner was very friendly. If we come back to Pittsburgh, we will certainly look for this place first.

Nice location with walking trails and a nice spot to si and relax next to the stream. Quiet too. The covered bridge within a short distance from the property with a beautiful view of the fast running stream was great. Would like to come back again.

The property is beautiful for sure! Four of us went up for most of a week with two side by sides excellent trails great places to eat. Good fishing spots everywhere friendly people. This will be the first of many trips.

Great views from the enormous backyard porch
The house is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The back porch has a pretty view and plenty of comfortable seating. There are nice walking trails on the property and, of course, plenty of nice hikes in the area. This was a comfortable home base to explore the Great North Woods.

Great getaway!!
This rental was just what we were looking for! We needed some R&R and the property was perfect. The best part of my day was morning coffee on the back porch taking in the beautiful view! The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. I have no complaints!

Snowmobile Getaway
Home on Perry Stream was perfect for our getaway. The home was very clean, well equipped including crockpot which is a staple when we are snowmobiling, usually we have to bring one. Due to lack of snow we did trailer, but our last riding day were able to ride right from house with trail just up the road, so close and easy to access. Owner very nice and receptive, will definitely rent this home again. Bonus was seeing deer and red fox by the stream.

Great host, great place.
Gorgeous view with a welcoming back porch to enjoy it. Able to relax by their meandering stream which was down the hill but had easy access with a stairway. Despite the cold outside, it was quiet, warm, comfortable and very clean inside. Jeff and his family were wonderful. We did not realize that it is a fun location with snowmobiling and ATV trails and lake activities. We had the amazing experience of enjoying the eclipse from their backyard with their kids. It was a magical moment that we will never forget. Thank you Jeff for sharing your home with us.

Perfect location
We recently had the pleasure of renting this property for our yearly snowmobile adventure. The location of the house was perfect, nestled in the heart of Pittsburg. The convenience of having direct access to the snowmobile trails right from the property was a huge plus. The house itself was everything we were looking for. It was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The open-concept living area was perfect for gathering at night after a long day of riding. Jeff was incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs. We will definitely rent the house again!

Perfect Getaway
We take a girls ATV trip every year and had a wonderful stay at Jeff's place. He was very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed (we ate in all weekend) and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The location of the property was super convenient where its direct trail system access and close to Bear Rock Rentals. We enjoyed walking out on the trails by the stream and taking in some nature. Jeff was on site and was a great resource and host. We hope to come back again next year!

We had a great time here. The home was very clean and well maintained. Jeff (the host)was very welcoming and was great about answering questions. It was so nice to have the screened in porch(even on the rainy days) with the amazing view and short walk to the stream. It was nice to have a grill and laundry along with many other accommodations available.

Family getaway
This was our second year at this property. It was exactly what we wanted and what we needed. A nice, quiet get away for us siblings. We so enjoyed spending time on the peaceful porch just watching the stream. Jeff was there during our visit and he was very pleasant and accommodating. Could not have asked for a better host. Our plan is to rent this property again next year if all goes well. would highly recommend it.

This was an awesome place to stay. Access to the trail systems right from the home. Access to a store and gas 6/10ths of a mile from the property. The house was very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed and it felt like a home away from home. Jeff is an amazing host and we will definitely be returning for our next adventure with our 4 wheelers and maybe even a trip during the winter with our snowmobiles. We would recommend this home to anyone. Thank you Jeff!!!

Jeff is a fantastic owner and very helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Kitchen fully stocked with everything. It’s in a great location, very close to everything. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Covered porch, which is great for those unpredictable rain showers and the absolute best part, what separates this cabin from the rest, is the fact that Perry Stream is literally in your back yard. You basically have your own little stream with small trails that lead to different parts of the stream right behind the property. We’ve stayed there 3 times and will most likely be back for a 4th!

Perfect battery boost...
This is our second time staying here on Perry Stream/Happy Corner. Jeff made some awesome improvements to the property. (Updated lighting fixtures although my boys missed the knight in armor light :) If you have a question about the area, Jeff provides lots of literature on restaurants, businesses, etc. The kitchen has many options for cooking utensils/supplies. We didn't get to ride our sleds as much this time around due to mother nature not providing enough white snow. Since sleds were out of the question we took off in the car and visited Canada which is not far away at all. I enjoyed going outside for a walk and listening to the water running through the stream or staring at it from the window to the backyard. The area is quiet and peaceful and just what my family was looking for to regenerate our batteries. Looking forward to staying here again with my family.

Great getaway
Wonderful property. Everything is accurate in description. Owner is pleasure to work with and wants to provide a quality place to stay. Location is very convenient as it is directly off the ATV trails, if that is what you need. Plus very close to gas station and general store. Not far from out of town either. Property does offer lots of privacy, trails to perry stream are nice. House is very clean. Beds are comfortable and furniture is in good shape. Place has a nice BBQ grilling area, that will keep you dry in the rain. Also, a nice fire pit area as well. Chairs provided. Few observations, not really negatives, but things to keep in mind if choosing this place. Because it is off the ATV trails, you will hear them a lot. Also, since property is not far off of RT 3, you do get traffic noise. That said, traffic and ATV noise does die off in the evenings and the sounds of the river rushing under the covered bridge, take over. Keep in mind there is no Washer and dryer provided. This was my fault for not checking closely and just assuming there would be one, since they are common. So you must pack accordingly. Lastly, this kitchen is lacking a bit. Not any large pot to boil pasta for example and basic baking pans and measuring spoons are nonexistent. Only one small baking sheet. However, a griddle and crockpot are provided which is nice. Last thing to keep in mind which can't be helped, if you are planning on bringing kayaks on top of truck or SUV or van, you might not make the 8ft clearance on the covered bridge. This is the only thing that may prevent me from staying here again. Otherwise, a lovely place and most likely you will not be disappointed!!!
