"This is our third stay here. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy, unplugged, but close to town and things to do. Don't hesitate. The Eicher's are the most amazing hosts. We will come back year after year. We love this place and think you will to. If you're wondering if you should, DO IT!! You won't regret it. "

"The cabin was clean and inviting. It was rural, but had neighbors near by so you were not completely secluded. Only complaint would be add showed a fire burning stove and wood provided but the cabin had an electric fire place. Hot tub was clean, beach towels provided and all kitchen utensils. Would go back again! "

"House was everything that was expected …. Views of pikes peak awesome …. Only issue never was able to connect to a secure internet connection …. Contacted Vacsa …. Never was fixed …. Good news was I didn’t need it but was frustrating that they never got back to us …."

"This is the second time staying at this property over the Holiday season. The property is great! Fits our family nicely - plenty of space! A few minor improvements recommended for the future:There was not a standard set of pots and pans with which to cook or bake. There were no hot pads/oven mitts.Internet was spotty at best - could barely send text messages to people in the house on the same WiFi No sponges to clean dishes or wipe counters.
