"BEWARE! This apartment is NOT in the old center of Modena, even if the map might show it as such - in reality, it is 2.7km (~2 mi) away!! When we pointed out this shocking discrepancy to Emilia Suite, they did not apologize nor offer to correct the location displayed - future reservations were still showing the incorrect, central location as of 10/18/24 - which made us think they either purposely lied about the location, or at least wilfully and negligently failed to correct any map...

"This was one of 3 rentals we did on our trip to Italy, and this was the BEST apt we booked. We only stayed 1 night here as a side trip but this apt was beautiful. The hosts were amazing! The check in process was so easy, they remotely let us in, and they let us leave our bags a bit longer after checking out so we could see a couple more things before leaving. He met us at the property for check in to give an introductory tour of the property and was very fast to reply to questions during our stay. The property has an incredible three-sided view over Modena! Taking the multiple flights of stairs up to the property is worth it for a unique experience and quiet escape in the city."

Beautiful clean apartment within walking distance to the grocery store and a short drive to several delicious local restaurants. "Our stay at Corte Stellata was amazing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cosy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. It was very quiet and in an idyllic countryside setting. "Wonderful, modern, immaculate apartment in a beautiful vintage building in the center of old Modena. The apartment was spacious enough for our three adults to be comfortable. Big new bathroom. Great location made it easy to walk everywhere. We loved all the natural light which kept the apartment bright and cheerful. The host was easy to communicate with and bent over backwards to accommodate us. We have rented a number of apartments in Modena in the past and this was by far the nicest."
