"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

"This was one of 3 rentals we did on our trip to Italy, and this was the BEST apt we booked. We only stayed 1 night here as a side trip but this apt was beautiful. The hosts were amazing! The check in process was so easy, they remotely let us in, and they let us leave our bags a bit longer after checking out so we could see a couple more things before leaving. "This was an exceptional place to stay for 6 nights. I definitely recommend Simona, our host. She made our stay very comfortable. We were thrilled with such a beautiful place that she had created in this apartment. We would have no hesitation in staying here again. My wife and I stayed here with my brother and sister-inlaw. We selected this under the VRBO umbrella. We made many of our meals and found the kitchen very well supplied. At the same time we found plenty of great places to eat nearby....
