"A fab location to stay, easy accessibility to all major attractions in Budapest and excellent location for the tram and Metro links. Room was small but no issue as all we did was wash and sleep there. We paid a little more for a balcony on 9th floor and the views across the city skyline were impressive. Room was lovely and warm whilst it was in minus temperatures outside, plenty of hot water, powerful shower, soap and shampoo provided, tea and coffee with kettle in room, complimentary water in fridge, safe in room, plenty of hangers, bed comfortable. Breakfast from 7 to 10 and plentiful, a couple of hot choices like scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, pancakes and chicken nuggets, these were alternated. Meats and cheeses, pastry’s, bread, cereals, fruit and yogurts available also. Tea, coffees and juices available at breakfast. Check in was very easy and very friendly staff to greet us. Would certainly recommend and would certainly return if we visit Budapest in the future. Excellent value for money. "

"A beautiful hotel within walking distance of anything you want to do. Mins from the metro if that's your thing. Breakfast was incredible and the fact it was included in the room rate is a plus over the chains. The staff couldn't do enough to help and where always so welcoming from your arrival until departure. "Very good location next to the Opera. Large and comfortable room. Hotel is on 3rd floor of building, but there is a lift. Breakfast is in café on ground floor, which is open in the morning just for hotel guests. Relatively limited breakfast selection. "

"I spent a week in this hotel, and I must say this was one of the most relaxing hotel experiences I have been to. The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from both Metro Stations and Trams, it is located around one of the most active areas of Budapest, surrounded by many dining options & retail stores. it is an excellent access point to get to any attraction around the city. The room and hotel environment is pretty quiet, there is no disturbance, quite the safe location and very comfortable rooms. I was also able to do a late check-in, letting the hotel know beforehand. At the check-in counter was Kornel, a very nice guy who has in detail, explained the available facilities, how to get to them and to my room, and provided me with brochures of available tourist attractions and travel group agents you can join to make the best out of your stay. Thank you. Also shoutout to Elena, who was taking care of my room service throughout my stay!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even having read the reviews before I left home in Scotland I could tell it was going to be a good hotel but even then, I was still blown away. Also, probably the comfiest beds I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. Only issue I had was when I checked in I was told that the rooms would be cleaned on request however coming back one day it was clear that someone had been in even though I never requested this, not the biggest of deals to be honest. I will be staying here again if I return to Budapest! "
