    This is a very nice apartment, very clean and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was cold though and at times we had to wait for a response from the host. Overall, it was a nice stay.

    My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property while on vacation. The beds were comfy. I really liked that it was close to the Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain. I would definitely book this home again.

    We had a lovely stay in this North Vancouver home. It’s close to so many attractions and in a great neighborhood. Like the other reviews said, you can hear the children walking above, but we expected it so it didn’t bother us.

    Beautiful location, buses to downtown a stone’s throw from downtown, lovely local village with wonderful restaurants. This basement apartment is close to the base of the mountains in a quiet residential area.

    Beautiful suite in North Vancouver with all amenities you need
    We had a beautiful stay at this lovely, clean North Vancouver suite. Comfy beds and we had all amenities needed. The location is perfect, shops and groceries are in walking distance. Famous Capilano suspension bridge and Capilano river park are very close by. Check in and check out was easy…got all information in advance and was even able to check even earlier. Thank you for providing such s great place, we will definitely come back, when we are back in Vancouver.

    Comfortable stay , spick and span property
    Neat and clean property in a beautiful location. Close to capilano bridge and just few miles away from downtown Vancouver. The property has everything required for a comfortable stay- clean linens , bathroom essentials and everything essential in the kitchen. I stayed for four nights with my family and really loved the homely feeling. It’s truly home away from home. In short - neat and homely .. loved it .

    Great little weekend getaway
    This was a perfectly located place to stay, so close to so many things! Communication was quick whenever I had a question, the only thing I would recommend is new (darker) blinds for the bedrooms as the motion detector went off a few times outside and it lit the bedroom up a good deal. There are kids upstairs as listed, so no surprises there. Thanks for the great stay!

    Nice and clean. Super cute village near by for groceries or eat out. Great location. Not the easiest to bring big suitcases in since around the back and down stairs. Need door stops behind doors. Nice family. Children above were only loud 1 out of the 4 days.

    Great location. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Needs better blinds on the bedroom window. You should know that there is a family with kids upstairs and the soundproofing isn’t great. Another reviewer had mentioned this, so we were prepared.

    Comfortable 8 day stay. Ample space. Great soaps, shampoos & detergents. Numerous pots and pans. Could use more covered microwaveable dishes. Ask about access if you have mobility issues.

    Had a comfy stay with family. Property was easy to locate and access, with easy check in and check out. Our host was quick to reply and answer all our questions. There are a bit of stairs getting to the property (just a heads up). Kitchen was well equipped, the only thing missing was kids' dinnerware. Variety of hygiene products in the bathroom. Can definitely recommend this listing!

    Nice quiet location and a great transition place from selling our house to moving into a new one. Stairs down were a bit tricky but we had a lot of luggage. Only minor issue was some noise from upstairs in the early morning that woke us up earlier than we wanted but it sounded like a wee one running around so no biggie. Would definitely stay again as Casey was quick to respond and super helpful. Great place!

    Wonderful cozy apartment, great for a family
    This place was in a great neighbourhood, it was convenient to get downtown and to the west side (where my family and I were spending much of our time), it was very cozy and the open concept of the kitchen/dining/living area was perfect. The beds were soft and nice and the bathroom was well kept. We loved this place and would stay there again in a heartbeat! For full disclosure, the family upstairs has children and they can be heard running around from time to time, but it didn't bother our family nor did it keep us awake at any point. It didn't affect our stay and as I said, my family loved the place and we are looking forward to staying here again!

    Great space and location
    This was a great space in a lovely neighborhood. There is a very nice village about a half-mile down the hill with groceries, a pharmacy, and restaurants. The space was perfect for a short stay. It does need to be mentioned that this is a basement property, and there are small children running around upstairs. We were awakened almost every morning due to movement upstairs. We were not aware that this space was actually a basement.

    We stayed Aug'23. The property itself was nice, but the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud. I had read a couple reviews about noise from upstairs, so I was expecting some noise, but nothing could've prepared us for the amount of noise. It sounded like the kids upstairs were intentionally stomping as loud as they could every time they walked, and many times it sounded like they were playing leapfrog, jumping and hopping around, and/or jumping off of elevated spaces (it wasn't just walking). We contacted the owner multiple times about the noise, and a couple times it quieted down a bit, but then the noise would be back the next day. Twice we were woken up before 7am(!) due to the stomping around. And one time, it was so bad that we couldn't even watch TV due to the noise, despite the TV being turned up to deafening levels. Definitely would not recommend and would not come back.

    Nice place but need to give it 1 star
    The owners are very friendly and communicated well. The place was updated and clean. The neighborhood was nice and close to restaurants. I have to give it 1 star though based on an incident that happened. The owners live above the suite and have small children. While my family and I were out, their kids came into our suite and rummage through my daughters toys, books, and clothes. They destroyed an art project she was just given before our trip, they broke a homemade lantern she made (I was able to fix it) and they ripped a few pages out of her diary. I talked to the owner and she was apologetic but it doesnt change the fact that our privacy was invaded. The only other thing is that there is no soundproofing between the downstairs suite and upstairs so you hear every footstep and toy being drug across the floor. It didnt really bother us because we didn't spend much time in the suite and after 9pm it seemed to stop.
