"Absolutely loved our stay in Castro, the apartment was extremely comfortable, clean &typically Italian. We loved sitting outside to enjoy the sea view and ambience of the area. Castro is a beautiful town and located within easy reach of Brindisi or Bari Airports with easy to reach other towns. Lovely restaurants & views. Our hosts were welcoming. Would recommend."

"Tommasso and Maria are fabulous hosts who go out of their way to help. They came one day with pastries for us and there were refreshments and snacks for us in the refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, kitchen very well equipped! Loved the morning sunrise on the balcony with a visiting cat who greeted us everyday. The only negative was no wifi but Tommasso brought us a modem. And the thirty stairs to get to the unit. It’s not a problem for most but I have mobility issues "

"Nice appartment with swimming pool. Very relaxed and enjoying the poole inbthe summertime when we went to Puglia. The host surprised us with several local pasteries and food. She is very attentive. We could park our car in the garage (great!). Supermarked is nearby. When you want to explore Lecce and the southern coast this is the place to stay 👍 Many thanks to Monica and her family for the lovely 14 days stay. "

"Fantastic location. Great swimming from the rocky shore as long as it is fairly calm. If rougher there is a good beach a very short drive away. Interior of property is getting a bit tired. Showers are basic and need some maintenance. The property is overpriced, reflecting the location rather than the property as a whole. We also had a problem with cats on the property that appear to have been fed by previous guests. This meant that we could not really eat outdoors nor leave doors or windows open...

Proprietari gentilissimi e super-efficienti anche nel risolvere un problema a una doccia (riparata mentre eravamo in spiaggia, nell'arco di pochissime ore dalla segnalazione). Una meraviglia. "Mauricio est un hôte à l'écoute et réactif, pour exemple nous ne trouvions pas dans les commerces à proximité les cartouches pour mettre dans la machine à expresso, et il nous a remplacer la machine dans les 2h00 qui ont suivis. "We loved our stay here so much!! There was so much room for everyone (ages 8-80) to play, sleep, and gather for meals on the gorgeous patio or swims in the pool. Giulia was an amazing communicator and helped us tremendously on her personal time when we experienced a medical emergency. I can’t thank her enough for sharing her home with us and treating us so well. We truly hope to be back to enjoy the lovely area, the beautiful and relaxing home, and the stunning seas nearby!"

"A cozy little cottage with tiny, almost windowless bedrooms, but otherwise everything was fantastic. The outdoor patios and upper deck views are amazing and the place is so peaceful.
