"Better instructions for taxi drivers to find location as the location is in rapid construction development. Once you have determined your location and recognition by Uber cabs its relatively easy to get into the city of Riyadh. As a service apartment it’s lacking basics like crockery and cutlery. If anything was lacking they would try sort it asap. The front staff Hussein and Mossad were helpful and friendly. Few local supermarkets and small takeaways shops. "The TV and telephone didn’t work. Once they changed my room, I found out the television didn’t work and the iron was broken also. The furniture is outdated. "

"The hotel was located in a very convenient location close to the airport. Rooms were very nicely appointed and they were very generous in size. My room was a tiny bit cold (quite reasonable being winter) and within minutes, a lovely heater had been brought in to keep me toasty warm! Staff were absolutely lovely to deal with and very obliging. Located in a safe and secure area with lots of amenities within a short distance. This hotel comes highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
