"Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open. "The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

"Love are stay at this apartment. We were very well welcome and had easy access to their private secure parking lot just under the building for 20 euros. It is close to everything. Lots of restaurant around the hotel even offers free coffee 24/7. Apartment was well equipped with all the amenities . The only thing I can add is it’s starting to show its age a bit, but not a big deal for us."

Great location

"Great location in the centre of town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms have separate toilet, which is helpful for families, would be great if it had a sink. Rooms large with comfy beds. Pillows need attention, one is very lumpy. Could not get air con to blow out cold air. Room very hot had to open window which was noisy. Overall though good stay. "

"Overall the property was very comfortable and clean. My group enjoyed the stay. The staff were professional and helpful. I appreciated the small touches like the Belgian candies (“Cuberdon”) that were left for us in the room. The bathroom was very clean and the room had a nice and functional design. They store luggage for you which is very convenient but you put the luggage inside the room yourself which in my opinion is not very secure. Then they give you a bag check ticket. The hotel is small and has a small elevator. There was a coffee machine in the room and a few teas (but no kettle so I think you need to request that from the front desk). The area surrounding the hotel does not seem very safe especially at night. I never went back to the hotel particularly late but it just has an unsafe vibe unfortunately. It’s the area next to the train station (Brussels Midi station). Being that close to the station was very convenient however, for catching IC trains as well as the Eurostar)"
