"This was one of the cleanest short term rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Inside and out, the place was very clean. The owners provide several games and activities, including a game table and bumper pool, that the kids loved. It has a great view and backyard access to the Cullasaja River. It is located halfway between Franklin and Highlands, and is within just a few miles of multiple, easy-access waterfalls. "

We could not use the hot tub the first night at all because of somebody not doing their job it would not heat up in time for use the first night. We only stayed there two nights but we did certainly expect to be able to use the hot tub both nights that did not happen"

Would stay here again however would note two things. 1. More towels need to be available so that you don’t need to wash as much. 2. Water pressure was very low at times.
