"We enjoyed our stay at this lake house. It is quiet and secluded. The check in and out process was quick and easy. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It looked exactly like the pictures.The owner/ manager checked to make sure we found it and were able to check in. He also contacted us after we left to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this house to our friends. "

"This was one of the cleanest short term rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Inside and out, the place was very clean. The owners provide several games and activities, including a game table and bumper pool, that the kids loved. It has a great view and backyard access to the Cullasaja River. It is located halfway between Franklin and Highlands, and is within just a few miles of multiple, easy-access waterfalls. "

"This property exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice, in our opinion. It’s perfectly clean, with a Christmas tree in every single space. It’s an easy 20 minute drive up to the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad for the Polar Express and was such a fun place for our 2 y.o. And 6 y.o. to add to the Christmas magic of the weekend.
