"Hemos pasado unos días en familia y con amigos. La casa dispone de todas las comodidades, es muy amplia y la limpieza es excepcional. No le falta de nada, los niños/as disfrutaron mucho del exterior e interior ya que dispone de juguetes , e incluso está equipada para mascotas. La comunicación con la propietaria ha sido muy fácil. "Javier met us and escorted us to the accommodation so that was an easy start. The accommodation was just perfect for us - spacious, clean, containing everything we needed, swimming pool, sun loungers/lilo, bbq, washing machine, choice of outside eating areas and plenty of private secluded secure space for our 2yr old to run around in. Perfect holiday place would highly recommend!"

"This is a small villa with a great pool and garden located on the outskirts of Ducal and within easy reach of Granada and the coast. It makes a great base for exploring the nearby Sierras and local towns of Granada, Ubeda and Baiza. When checking in the owner, Rosemaria, will meet you in the village and show you to the villa, she doesnt speak English so make sure when you phone ahead that you are clear whet time you will arrive. "Excellant views and amenities in the villa with a roof terrace and second bathroom that weren't shown on the pictures. Owner was really helpful and came to assist us within 20 minutes when we had an issue with the gas cooker - many thanks to Agueda who came to help. Very isolated location, hardly overlooked at all and with supermarkets and restaurants a good 20 minute drive away - not a lot in the immediate locale at all. "Luis was extremely helpful and excellent communication via whats app. Great location close to the cathedral, shops, restaurants, etc. There’s a small grocery store steps away and a great breakfast spot. The building has been restored yet maintains a vintage feel with loads of character. the apartment is bright, spacious and very clean. The bed is large and comfortable with good pillows. parking is an easy walk with good access to highway. can’t fault anything!"
