"Environment is so so. Grounds not well kept and overall the property is dated and not clean. Needs a lot of sprucing up to match others in the same league. No elevator so if client cannot climb stairs, can only take ground floor room."

"Nice stay on our way back from South of France to Calais. Hotel attached to large upmarket shopping mall, with plenty of options for food (as well as very large carrefour). Hotel nice and modern, 2 double beds, although rooms a little warm. Bar nice with expensive drinks €8 for a beer. Breakfast was good with usual items present. All in all a good stay, with lots of amenities in the shopping centre. "

"The Front Desk person, I did'nt get his name... he was so friendly, so helpful and accommodating. The 5pm check in is a bit off putting as there is no one at the property prior to 5pm, and you have to stand outside till someone comes at 5pm to open the door. "

"Nice hotel. Largw room. Little noisy. The bathroom heat is not enough, it was cold. The shower flooded up to the bedroom carpet. The carpets in the aisles do not look clean."

"The staff were very kind and courteous. The location is incredibly central - easy walking distance to the train station and all attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. The rooms were perfectly fine - but definitely a bit run down and could use a finer cleaning. For the price one can’t expect a 5-star hotel though so definitely a good value for money. "
