"Just book now! The cottage is so much better than the listing pictures. The kitchen, dining and living room open to a beautiful view of the water. There is a second living room where if you want a quiet moment to read or play games you can. We took a walk down the driveway and collected sea glass. It created wonderful memories for our family! Also, there was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to make it feel like home. Would definitely recommend "

"This three-story Federal-style home has a delightful view of the York River. The only thing I didn't give five stars to in my review was the property listing, because the photos simply don't do it justice. The rooms are generously spacious, with a deck on both the first and second floors. The entire third floor is one huge bedroom, with two double beds. The second floor has two bedrooms as well as laundry facilities, and EVERY bedroom has its own full bath! We were astonished at how big this...

"This home is located in a great spot directly across from the park playground and splash fountain. We could easily take out young kids there daily. The fenced in yard was great for kids and our dog. The kitchen was well stocked, the only down side to the home is the flooring is slanted in a couple spots. If that bothers you it may not be the best home, but to us it was fine being an older home and all. The originsL features were great! We would come back."
