"Such a comfortable hotel. We had a sea view room. The double bed was a proper double (not one of those vast, hard beds with unnecessary cushions!!) and the rainwater shower was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and very helpful "

Our only complaint was it says 'free parking' but it didnt say its limited availability and the info aftervwe booked stated free parking this needs to be changed on the Hotels information, fortunately it wasn't a problem as there was parking nearby."

"Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side.
