"This was a great spot to stay in Hoi An a little further away from the main town. There were some great places to eat in the local area and they were really affordable. If you're visiting the area for the beach then you will probably be disappointed - it may be nicer at other times of the year. Regardless of the beach this was a lovely place to stay, nice and clean, good bed and a small pool."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a superb location and the rooms are a generous size. What makes his hotel special though are the staff. They are the most welcoming, hospitable people I've ever come across in a hotel. They made sure our stay comfortable, allowed us to check in early and even gave us a gift when we checked out. "The hostess was lovely and very helpful. She also provided a wonderful breakfast. However, the family room we booked for the three of us was disappointing. It was so small that the 2 beds were pushed together and still there was hardly room for walking. The shower had little water pressure and was just in the corner of the bathroom without a curtain so water got everywhere. It took a long time for the water to get hot, and the sink did not have hot water at all. Considering what we paid, perhaps...

"A delightful homestay! Mama Kim was so welcoming and prepared lovely meals. We enjoyed chatting with her using Google translate. She helped arrange boats and motorbike/taxis to local bays where we enjoyed snorkelling. It was a short stroll down the lane to the beachfront and cafes. "

"Our group had a warm welcome from Madam Moon.We really had a very comfortable stay and felt really at home.Its just like home away from home.This homestay had most of what you expect while travelling.Its not 5 stars but its HOME.You can cycle quite easily into Hoi An ancient city and you can easily find suitable mini marts ,pharmacy and even a convenient morning market just round the corner.Good location indeed."

"We rented one of the 2 apartments next to the 8(ish) stories building. The space was cool and useable. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bath. Very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Our only complaints can be easily addressed; 1-we were not showed which of the switches turned on the hot water, and 2-the seating in the main living/dining room consisted of only chairs. There was no couch to relax on and the seats quickly became uncomfortable to sit in for longer periods of time. We...

"Top notch for families with kids. Facilities were amazing. Tons of programs for kids and the activities were well maintained and watched over by staff. The residence rooms are dated with no streaming TVs and pretty much unwatchable. You hear the upstairs neighbors everytime they move a chair. Which is annoying. Easily fixed with some felt on the legs. I may opt for a different room if given the chance but the resort was so beautifully maintained and staff over the top kind. Oh- western prices on everything. Dont expect a deal on food or drinks. "

The Five Villas & Resort Quangnam - Danang

Best villa and excellent service

"After staying at the Hyatt Regency resort for a few days we decided to check into the Five Villas for one night. It was the best decision ever. The villa was well furnished and the customer service was above and beyond. They checked us in at the villa itself. Also breakfast the next day was prepared and served inside the villa without additional charge. Beach access was right there. I wish we could've stayed additional nights. "

"Hotel staff was very welcoming when we checked in. We got welcome flowers and drinks while waiting for our room during check-in. The hotel is located right across from the beach. Rooms were very spacious and clean, they had an infinity pool and rooftop bar. Hotel was able to help coordinate a private driver for a daytrip tour we wanted and got that arranged very quickly with getting back to me the rate for thr request. Lots of great restaurants and cafe options around that is walkable."
