"We had 3 weeks at Mavi and stayed in a basement apartment. The apartment was great and every day a cleaner came in and serviced it. We hadclean towels every day which was great. Unfortunately the water company turned the water off for 2 days. It was a pain but Mavi offered us somewhere to shower and although it wasn't their fault were really apologetic. The staff are lovely and helpful and i would definitely stay in one of their apartments again"

We were surprised to find well stocked shops on the premises downstairs, that was handy and a huge plus.it was very thoughtful to offer a late breakfast every day especially for customers who had to get used to the 3-hour time difference. "The concept is nice annd the Apt was on 2nd floor. The apt was was barely equipped and beds were mattresses only. The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling and the caulking around the shoe was brown and dirty(stained) There is a mosque across the street which is pretty to look at but will wake you at 5 for prayer. "The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great. Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel."
