"The room was good, but please can you please provide bigger garbage can in the rooms. it barely fits a tissue. Separately my fridge was not working at all. Also the TV has very limited channels, a lot of the channels are completely distorted, you can hear but not see anything. The cleaning crew came by on Saturday to clean my room, np but they shut the heat in my room, the weather was very cold . Not acceptable"

"the toilet is broken, shower is broken, room is cold. The worst thing is, I left the room early when I check out, as they don't have reception, they told me they will send me the invoice by E-mail, But when i came back, i called and E-mail them lots of times but they don't send me the invoice. "
