"It’s beginning to look a bit dated. Other than that it’s a typical Hyatt! Excellent staff and service. Big props to housekeeping staff (especially Rahul) for prompt response every time we needed extra bottles of water. Morning breakfast (gluten free menu) was also great. Hotel was very good in arranging prompt transportation every time we needed to go out. Loved the Diwali decor and festivities. Very close to a large mall where I could easily get my daily 10K steps!! "Good location. However, the music from the hallway can be heard directly from one’s room (i.e. at 7:00am on a Saturday). There was no hot water for the shower, and the WiFi stopped working. A bit disappointed. "

"Great atmosphere, really friendly and helpful staff, it is a 5 star hotel and they live up to it. Yes a few bits in the room are a little worn but it’s more than made up for in terms of the rest of the property. Really enjoyable stay… great breakfast options …. Would defo stay again. "
