All of the staff in the hotel are tremendous and the morning buffet is absolutely fantastic! Mall Road is easily walkable, and there are many interesting connecting roads lined by interesting shops. I am celiac, and the chef Rajiv went out of his way to ensure that I had lots of special menu options. Arti and the assistant manager Raghav were invaluable at the front desk, as were a number of other people. The manager Swati also proved to be very kind and helpful!"
