"We stayed 7 nights and we were very comfortable. Room service was excellent and food was very good. The cleaning service people were very nice and efficient. Very friendly front desk people. " We stayed there for one night - checkin took a bit of time and some of the requests ignored but rest of the stay was pleasant. The staff from the bellboy to the staff in the restaurant were efficient, courteous and helpful. "

"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. "The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. It is situated in a prime location along the Ganges, offering excellent views of the river from the sit-out dining area. "What a gem of a hotel. Ideally situated near a quiet part of the Ganges in a rural part of Varanasi, yet not so far from the activities of the road system.
