"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"This hotel is very close to the airport and the transportation is very convenient. The breakfast service staff is very friendly, and the breakfast items are very rich, including Chinese, Western, and Bengali. The hotel rooms are clean. I am very satisfied with it. Thank you."

"I like the area and inside the building. The dining area was so unique. However, the food is expensive here compared to the restaurants around the area. Overall it is nice place to stay near The United States Embassy. "
