"Very well located within Hamilton with quick access to the ferry and bus terminals. The hotel grounds are very well kept and feature an impressive art collection and good restaurants. The beach, while 20 mins away, is nicely set up with a bar/restaurant and good amenities. Overall very good experience at the hotel."

"Our room and bathroom were spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were delicious. The beach, pools, and sunbathing areas were beautiful. The only criticism I have is that there were way too many stairs to climb to get around the property. I understand that, because of the cliff side, structures were built as possible. However, there should be more elevators. The beautiful beach is actually unusable for anyone who can’t climb up 6 flights of stairs."

"Grotto Bay is great. It’s the only place in Bermuda where you can go cave swimming, and the resort is not too big, which gives it a personal, relaxed feel. The staff was great, all facilities and our guest room was clean, and the food is excellent. I will recommend this resort to friends and family."

"Coco reef was a wonderful place to stay in Bermuda!! It's clean, the staff is super friendly, and the food is good. We took the bus around Bermuda and the bus stop is a short walk from the resort. And it's close to many beaches and Hamilton. Coco reef is currently renovating all the rooms and the new rooms are beautiful! Views are amazing and the beach access is great! I loved every minute of it and will be back at Coco reef again. I highly recommend! "

"Enough cannot be said about the host, Austin. He made our 2 week vacation memorable. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable.The entire place was fully equipped and had everything we required. The exceptional grocery store was a 15 minute walk. The fitness club was a 20 minute walk and met all my expectations. Even if we had not played any golf, we still would not have been able to take in all the sites. The countryside is beautiful everywhere you look. The people are very friendly and we always felt very safe. "

"When we booked our Bermuda trip we did a lot of research into hotels, and coming to St Regis we had good expectations but in literally every respect our expectations were blown out of the water. From the moment we arrived to the time of leaving we have had a stay of a lifetime. It could not have been better, it was truly spectacular. The staff were wonderful, rooms absolutely first class and everything from poolside dining to the steak restaurant, the standard was exceptional. The hardest part is leaving but without doubt we will be back as soon as possible. "
