"Clean, updated, nice finishings. Very close to Arches National Park. Shares an adjoining pool and splash pad with neighboring Fairfield hotel but not an issue, done well. Shared continental breakfast with adjoining Fairfield hotel but nice space and pretty good food, good coffee. It was not a big deal for the properties to share features. "

"We visited at the end of December, which is off season. We were the only guests. The staff took us on hikes and made dinner, lunch, and breakfast just for us. They were fully staffed as it is a working ranch. Rooms were excellent directly facing the river. The setting is magnificent with huge mountains and mesas surrounding the property. We loved it and the team there. "
