The curtains are falling off the rails. The sofa cushions smell like a dog slept on them. There is also a really noisy outdoor bar next door which plays loud music all day and evening at the weekends. I think the bar has opened since we made the booking in March so we weren’t aware how loud it would...

"This property has been obviously set up for rentals w/o anybody trying to live there. For example, the light in the bathroom is super bright and motion activated -- imagine going there at night... and the sensor doesn't "see" the shower, so the light goes off just as you've shampooed your head. The kitchen isn't equipped for cooking (no functional knives, only one pan and a huge one at that, some drawers cannot open because they run into handles of others, no dish soap provided and exactly one...
