"My wife and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in over fifty countries. However, the Sarovar Premier is unlike any hotel we have ever stayed in. This hotel is the best managed and operated place of lodging; from the front desk staff to the housekeepers; the chefs to the waiters/waitresses; from the gym staff to room service—we have seriously never witnessed such a well oiled and functioning hotel, ever!! Every staff member we encountered were pleasant, professional, polite, helpful, and genuinely caring. We visit Zambia almost yearly and it is with great delight that we have found and now chosen our home away from home in Zambia!! WE LOVE THIS PLACE (plus it’s right across the street from Manda Hill Mall—very convenient)."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was extremely comfortable and I appreciated the mosquito netting and the tub. Incredible views and lotsa storage space. The restaurant had delicious breakfast and dinners. I went on the boat ride and we saw hippos, elephants, and a big alligator. The store on the grounds had unique and cool bags, clothing, and prints. And the people were kind and considerate. I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone. "

"Beautiful grounds with Zebras and Giraffes wandering around. Very warm welcome from their welcoming staff and everyone was great. That being said, the lady who processed our check in was rather peculiar and annoying. We were tired after a long journey and she just seemed to be relentless and making us book restaurants at the hotel for every night of our stay and said how they get full service quickly. They don’t. Seemed to almost hold the room key hostage until we had made some bookings which we later cancelled. Everything else about this hotel is perfect with exception of the WiFi being patchy and slow. Would definitely recommend."
