"Perfect place to stay in the park . Food choices are very limited before May 16th . We arrived on May 4th and had to drive back to West Yellowstone for lunch . Only 2 places open for dinner at the hotel or next to the hotel and it was very limited menu. They did have a buffet dinner but we were not hungry enough to spend 50.00 a person . We did have breakfast buffet the next morning and that was very decent. I believe after May 26th, the other restaurants and the main dining room will have a better selection . I highly recommend staying here as the hotel has a lot of history and it is very cozy . Staff is wonderful . Make sure you get a room with a private bath it is well worth it . Live music was played each night in the mail lobby on the second floor . Very relaxing ! "
