"It was the best service ever. No paperwork just walk in the office, he hands ur key to you and walks u to ur room and says have a good night. Thats the way the rest of the world needs to be. Parking was very tight tho so better be a good backer upper and have small car to be able to park because also have to back all the at out the same way u came in. "

"We stayed in one of the houses. It was great value compared to an air bnb in a similar location, the entrance was safe and not on a main road and allowed 2 families with 4 children to stay. Only criticism would be no heat pumps but there were adequate heaters and extra bedding. Great location close to city centre. Would stay again"

"Very clean and well managed. Not cheap. But a very high standard of cleanliness and maintenance is obvious. A much higher standard than that which I have experienced at other properties of the same type in NZ. Two ring stove top, microwave, fridge and toaster. All plates, glasses, mugs, cooking items provided. Pool and barbecues on site.
