"City convenience and a quiet area. Very spacious unit. Expensive but safe and secure parking.Unfortunately some areas of the apartment needed alittle more cleaning. There was what looked like makeup foundation on the bathroom walls. The plates in the kitchen were dirty."

"Check in was very easy out of hours. Everything explained well by a very nice lady. Only negative was the toilet in the bathroom in my room was very cramped with not much room. Overall was a very nice stay "

"We had a lovely stay at this property. The architecture in the suburb was so lovely. I have been to Perth before but usually stay at an hotel in the city si was so pleased to see the heritage cottages in the area. The parks were so close too. Delightful experience. Marcia"

"This property is basic but has all that you need for a short term stay. It's clean, tidy, value for money, close to the city and has free parking which is rare around the city area. Highly recommend."

"thankyou my sister & I had a nice stay. The house was very central to everything to get around as we like to walk alot. Just for next time the kitchen needs some bowls only had one other than plastic for cereal in the mornings. As I contacted you concerning the air conditioner in the lounge room was on but not much heat coming out we couldn't video this as it was the heat not working. Thankyou we did like the accomodation alot. Kind regards Carole Moss"

"Throughout our stay we had spiders in our bed and roaches in the living room. There was worms on the wall. House was in need of a pest control and outside area needed to be cleaned properly, bathroom tapes were all rusty and hard to open and close. When both showers in use the 2nd shower upstairs water pressure completely dies out. Garage remote doesn’t work at times you have to shake it around and hope it works. Only one set of keys were given even though it’s a 3b house and 4 adults. "

"Me and my friends stayed at this place for the weekend to celebrate my birthday in the city. The convenience of the location helped me get to my birthday dinner on time. It’s a lovely place, lovely neighbours and great atmosphere. I would actually book this place again if I need somewhere to stay that’s close to the city. "
