"Ett toppen hotell. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal i både reception och restaurang. Fina, rena rum. Jättegod och bra frukost med allt vi önskade. Ett plus att man kunde låna cyklar av hotellet då det var lätt att ta sog runt med cykel i Karlstad. Vi är mycket nöjda med vårt boende"

"Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!"
