"Absolutely amazing place, foam gel pillows, amazing spa, staff is magnificent and the lobby and views are spectacular. Please upgrade the coffee service so it matches the rest of the hotel/service, the only downside was terrible coffee."

"Very simple equipment (no hair dryer or TV); the gas heater had to stay on, which made the room very dry. Simple breakfast. Location is OK, walking distance to the trail to the glacier; inexpensive taxi to downtown."

"Plus: Large clean room with safe and refrigerator. Good-sized bathroom. Good view of Ushuaia harbor. Minus: Too far from the center of town (5 km) for food, money exchange, shopping and other conveniences. Unpaved, pot-holed and muddy (when raining) street in front of hotel. Poorly constructed building and poorly decorated."

"The room was very nice and clean with a lot of space. It’s a little outside of the main area of town, but was still a good location. My only real issue was the room was soooo HOT and we could not get the heat down. The shower had a very strong pressure which at the wrong angle, got water all over the bathroom floor. They had luggage storage for our check out time and breakfast until 10am that was okay "

"This was the perfect place for my full 4-day exploration in Ushuaia. Room size was ok with nice view to bay and mountains. Hotel is a few block from San Martin street (main one in the city). It was at an ok distance from Glacier Martial so I was able to run from Hotel to Glacial. Lobby has awesome views and very comfy seating areas. Breakfast was ample with plenty of pastries to refuel every morning before hitting the trails! Definitively, a place to return in future trips to Patagonia. "

"O elevador é antigo e restrito e os banheiros tem meia-porta no box o que causa muita molhadeira no piso. Fora estes detalhes foi tudo excelente. Boa localização, confortável e com uma piscina/jacuzzi maravilhosa. Recomendo!"
