"Spent three nights in a junior king suite. Lovely room with a huge comfortable bed, large bathroom with spa bath. Balcony overlooking the lake as I think all rooms at this hotel do. Staff on reception and bar and restaurant very efficient and helpful. Would definitely stay here again should we visit Taupau in the future."

"We liked it because it was very near the lake. We disliked it because our bedroom was filthy. There was thick dust everywhere in our room. The back of the tv was disgusting. The air vent was filthy, the upturned lamp shade in the bedroom had whole families living in there. Even in the corridors there were swathes of dust. "Overall a lovely place to stay but not without some issues. We booked a junior suite which was very spacious but had a small bathroom which was a bit disappointing compared to the size of the other spaces. There is a great text service which goes straight to reception and they get back immediately and answered our questions or brought us what we needed.
