Cheap Hotels in St. Croix Island from AED 443

"To be honest I was nervous after reading some old reviews on this property. But I was not disappointed!! Yes they are remodeling but that never got in the way of our great service. Room was clean. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and eating utensils. Oh and that air conditioner is cold. Ocean view. Staff is amazing! Only thing we can’t give a 10 on is water pressure in the shower. But it worked and if you wait just a minute it will heat up and there is plenty of hot water. Oh and we never seen one bug in our room. Now that is pretty great considering you are on an island. A few mothers earlier we visited the island for the first time. We stayed close by at a very expensive resort. That experience was a 6 at best. Drinks are cold at the bar and food is pretty good.After staying here at Bungalows on the Bay we won’t stay anywhere else. Keep up the great work on the property and please don’t lose your amazing customer service. "

AMAZING location with just a few steps to one of the island's most beautiful beaches, over the top customer service & staff (before, during and after our stay), gorgeous grounds, adorable cottages with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Hot water works all too well, be careful when getting in the shower lol! "

"The Buccaneer was fantastic. Clearly the best place to stay in St. Croix. Could have spent the entire vacation on site but too many other attractions on the Island to see. Staff was friendly and professional, dining was excellent. Breakfast on the terrace was a job plus. Beaches pristine and beautiful. "

"First time visiting St.Croix and we wanted something a little different. The Fred was perfect for our long weekend girls trip. Everyone was exceptionally nice and very helpful. The small size of the property made it feel very private during the early part of the day. In fact if you are an early morning by the pool kind of a person this is a spot for you. The pool and whirlpool were clean and the perfect temperature. As there is a bar/resturant on site, it did seem to get a little rowdy on Friday night (great people watching). However, they have "quite" time starting at 10 and things did get quite around that time. We stayed in "the James." It had its own little balcony and a fantastic ocean view. My one and only irritation was the balcony was right next to a parking area and during various times of the day people played extremely loud music from their cars. It did add the the overall "vibe" of the trip... I personally just like taking naps in the afternoon. So if you want a little more quiet, I would opt for a different room. Overall would Love to come back and stay here again!!"
