"non-existent service, dilapidated property, dirty rug with stains and run down furnishings. location is far from most things as it is in a secluded area. nice view if you are planning on staying on the property but otherwise, not very convenient for sightseeing. Beware of extra charges for everything. The staff and management seem like they only care about making sure they charge you for everything (didn’t even ask how the stay was etc). Would not recommend for the price they charge, I paid...

"Firstly, this property is in a great location, Bathroom is very clean, bed very firm but comfortable with very clean sheets, coffee, snacks and tea on the ground level no kettle for your morning in room so you have to catch the elevator and back to make your coffe. Our only complaint would be the lack of 24/7 manned front desk as per advertised. Waited 25 minutes after ringing the office bell several times next door, We eventually headed to the hostel next door so that they could ring our host...

"Everything was fantastic! Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, great patio to sit out on and enjoy the beautiful view, grilling, and kind hosts. Wonderful!"

"Very small room and unit. You cannot stand fully upright in the upstairs loft if you are over 4’5. The stairs are dangerous, as they intervene with the air-conditioner unit and can be hazardous to toddlers. The stay was over-priced. The view was beautiful though, and it may be nicer during the summer since there is outdoor seating and pool amenities."

"Having a swimming pool inside the villa was very convenient, don’t like that I have to pay additional money if I want warm water in the pool. The rest of the property was in pretty good condition. "
