"We travelled to celebrate my boyfriend's big birthday. From moment we walked through the front door till moment we left, we had the most amazing experience. We had the most amazing upgrade and staff were very attentive to even the smallest detail. On birthday morning we had a surprise at breakfast and extra something in the room for later. Staff always had a good recommendation on what to do, where to go and what's worth seeing and were happy to make bookings and reservations. I don't think I ever felt this welcome and looked after in a hotel before. I think it really made our stay unforgettable."
