"오래간만에 한국에 나와 실라 스테이에 머물게 돼 다행이라고 생각하고 있습니다. 모든 면에서 최상의 서비스를 받았습니다. 특히 front desk의 service representatives들은 아주 친절하고 도와주려는 노력을 했습니다. 한가지 건의 사항은, 1층, fitness center의 treadmill 2대가 고장이 나 있었읍니다. 3일 머무는 동안 그 treadmill은 계속 고장난 상태로 고치려는 노력을 하지 않았습니다. 세계에 널리 알려진 호텔이 되려면, 이런 작은 것에도 신경을 써 주시기 바랍니다."

"Old town has its’ charm. I only found out about the historical church & other sites the day I left… Too bad, will visit Gongju again one day…. Overall, it’s a good stay. There’s a laundry steamer in the room!! Jumbo size tv screen & game station set up. Nice touch! The hotel is a 8mins walking distance to Tourist information center by Gangsanseong Fortress!! Also can walk to both Nuryeong & Royal tombs, National museum as well as Hanuk village."
