When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. "Very nice hotel in a great location (Rochor and Bencoolen MRT stops very short walks - easy access to the majority of top attractions in Malaysia). Hotel is very clean, staff including servers of the restaurant were very kind. Convenience store literally right beside the front door. Rooms are very clean, nice bathrooms, has a safe and fridge. A great pick for a place to stay where you don't have to pay and arm and a leg. Strong value."

"We had an amazing time at the Amara Sanctuary Resort! All of the staff were amazing - Jennifer, Rachel, Sarah, Abel, Bryan & Shazriena, to name some of them…apologies if I’ve forgotten to put a name down! As I said, all of the staff were amazing & nothing was too much. They all went out of their way daily, to ensure that we had an amazing stay, at the resort. All of the staff are a credit to the Amara Sanctuary Resort…& they deserve a pay rise/bonus for this!"
