They would always greet us with folded hands and a smile. They made us feel welcomed all the time. If they embodied the Cambodian culture, then we are very impressed with that culture. I would not even care to mention the little issues we might have encountered occasionally because they were taken care of post-haste. The staff are so incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make guests happy! They even made up our room with a beautiful birthday display and sang happy birthday to him while giving him a cake of amazing fresh fruit. The spa and spa staff are fantastic - some of the best massages I’ve received in Cambodia! The location is great as well, just around the corner from Pub Street and a 5 minute walk to the Night Market. We’ll be coming back to Siem Reap just to stay at this hotel!!
