"We arrived a day late because of our reservation mistake but the receptionist was overly kind and helpful in correcting our error and getting us quickly checked in to our room. We can’t say enough about the room and the great view of the Danube River from it. This is our second time staying here and we will return."

Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There was drinking water available in the lobby, and the breakfast buffet was amazing.
