"I recently stayed at the Noom, formally the Radisson Hotel. The hotel accommodations were great. My only area of concern was the customer service for food. Several times when I ordered, I had to wait an extended period. However, I observed other guests arriving promptly after receiving their food. One night, it was cool as I sat outside and requested a blanket. When I ordered my food, the server did not come to check to see if I was pleased with the service.
