"The service was amazing, breakfast was delicious. The hotel was so busy,you have to be up by 7:30am for breakfast otherwise you’ll be waiting to be seated. They have a shuttle to Disneyland which was really good. I rang the hotel at 10:30pm within minutes the shuttle was at Disney land stop. Thank you to all the staff!"

"The hotel was lovely and grand, with kind and courteous staff being very welcoming. The only thing that hugely let it down was the breakfast. This can only be described as carnage with no real effort from the staff to replace the food or refresh the tables. My daughter is a a Type 1 Diabetic and it made for extremely difficult understanding of what food to inject for. "

"Stunning hotel but this does reflect in the price. I do feel their should be improvements made to the swimming area as it should represent the quality and detail put into the rest of the hotel. Children were disappointed that their were no slides etc in the pool as it was boring. The beds were very comfortable especially as I have a back condition. Staff were lovely and very convenient location to access the parks."
