"Everything was very clean but I took one star off because I usually take shampoo whenever I travel but this time I forgot it and unfortunately the dispenser the hotel had with shampoo didn’t have any shampoo also we were 5 people in the room and one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed which was kinda old and the mattress was too bumpy for anyone to sleep on it already. "

Comfortable beds and plenty of blankets to keep us warm. The kids loved the TV lounge with access to all their kids programs. Thanks for the swift communication when we had some network issues.
