"Great hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff especially were excellent. accommodating me and helping me with some business I needed to look after. I had called on the phone requesting some help and was unable to understand so they sent me an email shortly afterwards to help me resolve the problem. above and beyond. Very nice facility with efficient hourly airport shuttles. The surrounding area has a market and many restaurant and Massage choices. "

"Extremely difficult to find,no maps or signs, 30 minute walk in the airport from our gate. On arrival at 7am after a 12 hour flight, told our 6 hour booking couldn't start until 9am and time back then. Bathroom not that clean and a bit dated. Stayed in much better airside 6 hour hotels in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur,. I do not recommend this hotel"
