"Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, on-site spa with great services... It's a little piece of heaven. The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. Definitely worth the price!"

"Bien que le personnel soit très agréable et la propriété propre, il n'y a presque pas de vitesse Internet, la zone autour de l'hôtel est composée d'appartements et donc bruyante tard le soir avec des cris d'enfants. "Als wir nach Cilaos kamen, haben wir eine Stunde lang das Hotel gesucht. Hatte eine neue Adresse, über die wir nicht informiert wurden. Auch im Internet nicht zu finden Die Tel.nr auf der Reservationsbestätigung war ausser Betrieb. An der alten Adresse war auch kein Hinweis. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel hat sich die Wirtin auch nicht dafür entschuldigt. Sie hat uns schnell das Zimmer gezeigt, welches nur über den Garten via Balkontür zu betreten ist und nicht abschliessbar ist. sie sagte noch...
