"Very nice hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. The drinks are unlimited but they're not really good. The food is very good in general, the rooms are wide and comfy. The bed is a little too soft, feels like a water bed. The spa inside the hotel has very good prices and is honestly excellent. The facilities by the beach are worn out and makes it a little uncomfortable, but it's still a very good hotel to spend a couple days. "

"I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. "Everything was fantastic tbh, i recommend that hotel for my friends.. i and my brothers had enjoyed by our condition there .. starting from the reception guy was friendly with us to the housekeeper was so clean and the food is very testy and the chifs are experts .. the only report is gonna be for the animation team and with specific one ( Samy ) was very uncooperative with us he was playing only no egptyian songs and when he sees us dancing with the egyptian song he fastly change the song but...

"Room was clean and tidy. Staff was especially friendly and helpful with any issues. I bought a celebration package for my wife which included robes in the room, breakfast in bed, and a romantic candlelit dinner by the beach. Amenities were plentiful and we had all that we needed. Food was delicious. Would recommend. "

"Very friendly, great staff. Food good quality and variety. Rooms clean and well appointed. Fully inclusive so have what you want when you want. For snacks would recommend the pizza and burgers- all freshly made. For the younger at heart, plenty to entertain you. "

"I read many reviews and was at first hesitant, but I went there and was very pleasantly surprised. The resort is older, but it has a charm to it. The food is good and there are a lot of choices. My junior suite was enormous. When you combine the cost and what you get, this place is a bargain. Definitely deserves 5 stars. "

"The hotel was not so far from the airport, it was nicer to check-in late and the staff was so welcoming. The whole process was qick and easy. Our room was clean, Muhammad who was in charge of our block was so welcoming and looked after us. All pools was clean and lots of activities planned by the entertainment crew. There are quite pools too. Lots of sun lounge around and drink stations bars where food and snacks available. Service from all staff was amazing. All lunch and dinning options and verity's was good. And the beach was also amazing and the sea was so nice to walk and swim in. No issues with bugs. Lots of entertainment. We had so much fun in the sun. Thank you Jaz Aquamarine "
