"We love the closeness to the beach, the fact that we have access to bicycles to use, it is close to lots of bars, coffee shops and gelaterias. The staff is friendly and helpful. The trains are nosy but that is in every hotel on the main road of Pineto. When booking through Orbtiz the beach umbrellas were not included in the stay we had to pay extra for those. "The hotel is small, and the room was fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. We were tired from traveling so didn’t explore the area, but had dinner in the hotel. The food was outstanding, and the staff were very helpful with the menu as we know no Italian. The restaurant was very busy with a large private party, but we still received good service. Breakfast was also very good. Overall this is an interesting small hotel with an excellent restaurant, and I would definitely recommend it."

"Short walk to a sandy beach, fortified by breakfast and cappuccino each morning. Proprietors gave us a bottle of wine as a gift for staying so Kate in the season. Perfect weather even in September. Only quibble was a mildewed shower curtain, probably in need of replacement after a long season."

"The hotel in general was nice. However there were 10-15 kids hanging out in the lobby and front door. Seemed like a school was being held there. It was very unusual. Also, parking was impossible. None existed. If it wasn’t for the kindness of a local gentleman I do not know what we would have done. If you are not driving that’s a different story. Restaurants in the area were awesome especially II Meggesse. "
