"Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Modern hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. I was on driving trip and hotel parking was easily accessible and ample. Quick and inexpensive taxi ride to Siena center so I did not have to drive there and search for parking. Taxi ride back to hotel was also quick and easy. Breakfast had good selection of food and was tasty. "

"The hotel is located outside Siena but is very convenient with a bus stop 100 meters from the property that drops off in central Siena. The facility has a fantastic restaurant with full bar and an excellent breakfast service that was the best of our trip. We had car problems during our stay and the hotel was extremely helpful giving advice and providing flexibility with us staying an extra night."

"Location is the prime feature of this hotel. Just a short walk to the city center. The major problem they have is that there is no parking except a public place located 10 minutes away. "

"We only stayed for one night and the main reason I've booked it was to be close to the railway station. Ones you used a number of escalators to reach the station exit the hotel iz just a couple of min away. The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the ladies working in the breakfast room were amazing. Breakfast was good. "Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay. "
